Our Culture of Gentleness... It's Not Just A Philosophy!

Since the inception of Eiros Group, we have adopted A Culture of Gentleness into all the supports and services we provide.

A Culture of Gentleness provides a foundation that focuses on establishing safe and loving relationships in all aspects of our work and personal life.

A Culture of Gentleness is modeled on the idea that we all need to be unconditionally loved and accepted. Thereby creating a place where we feel safe and loved and are able to be loving towards others and engaged in our lives. This is the basis of The 4 Pillars of a Culture of Gentleness; Safe, Loved, Loving and Engaged.

Along with other principles of a Culture of Gentleness including The Central Purpose and The 6 Elements, Eiros Group continues to embed these practices throughout our organization.

Eiros Group hosts ongoing trainings in an effort to embed and share this vision with our community. While the Introduction to a Culture of Gentleness workshop is a required training for all of our employees, we welcome anyone who would like to learn more about it.

Our May Culture of Gentleness trainings will be online via Zoom Thursday evenings: 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1 5:00pm to 7:00pm

For more information about Culture of Gentleness and to register for these upcoming training sessions, contact Sheldon Schwitek.

Learning and improving never stops!

As we continue to support all people to live their best life, we continue to connect with our fellow advocates, family leaders, professionals and other stakeholders who have joined us on the journey of learning, sharing and networking. We are excited to be attending the upcoming Charting the LifeCourse Showcase in Kansas City next month, and imagine what could be next. Stay tuned for a report back to read about all that we have learned!
