Behavior Services
Eiros Group's clinicians are now available to conduct assessments, including young adult transition evaluations. Our Clinical Services team brings extensive experience in supporting individuals who experience disability.
Through detailed assessments, we identify strengths and skill deficits, using evidence based practices. These skills include self-care, self management, communication and essential life skills. Want to learn more or schedule and Functional Behavioral Assessment? Contact us for more information.
Individual Support Services
As a leading Support Services provider in New Jersey, Eiros Group provides two forms of Individualized Supports Services. Supports Brokerage and Direct Support Services. In the case of Direct Support, we help to find Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who meet an individual in their home, or in the community!
We help individuals to increase their independence in all areas of their lives, including activities of daily living, participation in community organizations or events, grocery shopping, money management, companionship, fun activities, and offer family care providers a break from their schedule.
Eiros Group also offers Supports Brokerage for customers who are in need of guidance or direction with some aspects of their daily lives, including finding staff and housing. Often Supports Brokers may provide services to customers such as Community Mapping, budgeting or other ways that are not as intensive as those who provide direct support.

Last month, Eiros Group customer Brandon E. was at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine to present the Human Dimension Award. It was an exciting moment for him, and he did such a great job! We are honored and so very proud of everything Brandon continues to do, including running in the New York City Marathon last October (shown below) !!
"Hi, I’m Brandon, and I work as a farm hand at Greens Do Good.
I help plant seeds, take care of the greens, and package the produce. I’m really proud of my job and the work we do. It meant a lot when the medical students came to visit us.
They got to see how we grow food in a special way and how Greens Do Good helps train and employ people with autism.
Thank you to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine for supporting people like me. We’re proud to honor you tonight. Please join us on stage!"

Each month, we receive submissions from Eiros Group Employees, the people we support, and their families, about a variety of topics including services, insights, vacation or holiday experiences, family memories or traditions, favorite recipes and stories about life with disability. If you would like to submit an article, photos or both for consideration in an upcoming edition, please send to: maryb@eiros-group.com We are grateful for all of the contributions to our newsletter!

Eiros Group would like to share that the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) has released
updated Supports and Community Care Program (CCP) Policy Manuals with clearer guidance on eligibility, care management, service delivery, and quality assurance. You can view the manuals
here.
The manual outlines the standards and procedures that govern all aspects of the Supports Program — including eligibility, care management, service delivery, and quality assurance. It
serves as an important resource for individuals, families, Division personnel, and Medicaid/Division-approved providers such as Service Providers and Support Coordination Agencies.
Here’s what it means for you:
To help individuals and families better understand some of the key elements of the policy manuals, a quick guide for families is available. Please feel free to request your copy by contacting our Quality Assurance Department at cathleenc@eiros-group.com.
